How to set up a deal for your listing

How to Add a Deal to Your Business or Trade Listing

To add a Deal to your listing, you must have an active and paid Business or Trade account.
Please check we a correct category for your deal. Contact us with the name of the any new Category you would like to use.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Account Dashboard.
  2. From the side menu, select Deals.
  3. Click on Free Deals Posting
    (Valid for 10 years at no cost.)
     
  4. All fields marked in bold on the website are compulsory and must be completed.
     
  5. Click on a Primary Category button.
    If you require a custom or new category, please contact us first.
  6. Select any Extra Categories, if applicable.
  7. Under Parent Business & Trades, select your business or trade listing.
    This links your Deal to your business and displays it at the bottom of your listing.
     
  8. (Optional) Under Parent Deal, select an existing Deal if you wish to link this Deal to another.
  9. (Optional) Under Parent Blog, select a Blog post to associate with this Deal, if relevant.
  10. Upload a Logo picture for your Deal
    • Required size: 300 x 225 pixels
    • You may leave this blank if not required.
       
  11. Enter a Title for your Deal.
  12. Leave the Slug field as is.
    This is auto-generated by the system and should not be edited.
  13. Enter a Summary for your Deal.
    (This appears in the search and preview views.)
  14. Enter a Detailed Description of your Deal.
     
  15. Upload images for your Deal’s Gallery, if desired.
     
  16. (Optional) Set Opening Hours if the Deal is only valid on specific days.
    Leave this blank if the Deal is available at all times.
     
  17. Enter the Start Date of your Deal.
     
  18. (Optional) Enter your Facebook URL
    (e.g. https://facebook.com/yourpagename)
  19. (Optional) Enter your Instagram URL
    (e.g. https://instagram.com/yourpagename)
     
  20. Enter the End Date of your Deal.
     
  21. Enter the initial Item Price.
  22. Under Discount Type, select whether the discount is:
    • Fixed Price
    • Percentage
  23. Enter the Discount Value based on the type selected.
     
  24. Set the number of Available Offers
    (e.g. enter “100” to allow the first 100 customers to access the deal, or “5000” for wider availability.)
     
  25. Add any relevant Terms and Conditions.
     
  26. Allow Redeeming is at this stage not available and will be activated at a later upgrade.
     
  27. Click Submit to finalise and submit your Deal.

Approval & Support

  • Your Deal will be reviewed and approved by an Administrator during business hours for security and quality control.
