FOCUSING ON YOUR HEALTH What is Osteopathy? Osteopathy is a holistic health care option using hands-on therapy to treat a wide range of conditions. Osteopaths work with the muscles, tendons, joints and ligaments using a combination of soft tissue massage, joint articulation, manipulation techniques, at home rehabilitation programmes and may use alternative therapies including dry needling. Treatment aims to help patients better understand their presenting condition, improve function and decrease pain. Each consult is always tailored to the individual in the room for better long term health. Patients covered by TAC, Workcover, DVA and EPC are welcome.
